I’m the Senior Internal Auditor for Italy within the European Internal Audit Department.
I joined Exide Internal Audit Department in 2006 as a Staff Internal Auditor for Italy. I was promoted to the Senior Auditor position in 2008.
Being part of a European team, I work daily with team-mates from other countries. This multinational environment is a great value and an opportunity for me to learn more and faster and to be open minded. I also appreciate the opportunity I have to undertake audits in different European countries. This is a great way to meet colleagues from other countries, to cooperate with them, and again to develop myself through these experiences. Besides all that, I also like the fact that I have always been encouraged to further develop my skills and knowledge through study and trainings. I believe this is an added value that not all companies may offer.
Outside of work I try to spend as much time as possible with my family and friends. My husband and I like to travel and discover new places so we like to organize some short trips for the weekends; and in winter we often go skiing. To me it’s nice and relaxing to go out of town even if it’s just for one day. Besides that, I like reading novels and I am fond of movies, I usually go to the cinema once a week.
